Carlita is a Florida-based artist living and working in the Ybor Historical District in Tampa, Florida. Her medium varies by inspiration, she primarily works in watercolour on arches paper. She is inspired by Florida's sub-tropic lakelands, or the flora and seaside of her native Caribbean landscape.
